Ordering from Baltest’s online shop www.sisustuspood.ee is not unlike ordering from showrooms. You do not have to worry if you need counselling and assistance. We have four designers working with our online shop who are happy to help you.

Initial consultation

Groundwork
It would be great if you could bring with you a sketch/images of the kind of furniture you would like and a plan of the room, complete with the locations of electrical and water connections. You should also consider your budget for the project.
Initial project and quotation
The showroom is a good place to take your time to talk about styles and materials with our designer. The designer takes your wishes into consideration in preparing a project and an initial cost estimate.
Home appliances
We also recommend selecting kitchen appliances, sinks for the bathroom, etc. We can also offer a several good-quality brands at attractive prices.
Final quotation
Adjusting the initial quotation. Once all of the details are in place, the designer and customer representative will prepare the final quotation.
Payment
We request an advance payment of 50% of the cost of the furniture. The order is put to work once the advance payment is received. You can then expect our worker to come over and take precise measurements.
Manufacturing
The average production time is 6-7 weeks.
Installation
Once the order is complete, the customer representative agrees on a time for transport and installation. We recommend using service providers who have our approval or we will not be able to give a warranty for our furniture. We also want to highlight the importance of using certified specialists for water and electrical work or there may be issues with your insurance. We can also recommend such specialists, if necessary.
Warranty
Baltest’s furniture has a 5-year warranty, and fixtures (hinges, drawer rails, handles, etc.) come with a 25-year warranty.
Our furniture as well as the furniture of several of our acquaintances is made by Baltest. As is often the case with larger purchases, the positive experiences of friends and acquaintances tend to impact which manufacturer we prefer. Since Baltest is based in Estonia, any current issues were quickly solved and the factory was very accommodating throughout the process. The decision to go with Baltest is justified both in terms of the cost and quality.
Our greatest dream was to prepare Christmas dinner in a new kitchen and Baltest helped make that dream come true – thank you very much!
